- Costs of meals on internal domestic flights are not included in the tour price.
- Cost of excursions, sightseeing tours, entrance fees and local guides
availed of by the passengers, other than what is mentioned in the
package inclusions
- Any increase in the airfare, fuel surcharge taxes charged by the
airlines on the air ticket before the issuance of flight tickets, taxes
shall be charged extra irrespective of the booking date
- Tips, porterage, entry tickets to sites, photography and video making fees at site, laundry and phone calls
- Cost of Extension/ Deviation of air ticket as per actual at the time of ticketing
- Hotel is subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- The itinerary shared is tentative and is subject to change at the time of confirmation
- Anything not mentioned in the price inclusions column such as currency fluctuation
- Surcharges might be applicable in case the dates fall under any Event / Trade Fairs in Egypt

Requirement
Indian passport valid for at least 6 months having minimum 2 blank pages and 2 white background photographs of size 4x6cm.
Booking Policy
Pay a minimum of Rs.30,000/- per person to Book your tour
Balance amount to be paid 30 days before departure or the booking will get cancelled without informing.
Book through NEFT/RTGS/IMPS or Cheque /Demand Draft. All Major Credit Cards are accepted.
If your booking is routed through our Booking Centre the tour cost will remain the same as applicable. If at all you need to pay by cash then the payment should directly reach our head office at Mumbai only against our official receipt. If you don't follow the above mentioned payment policy and procedure, the company shall not be responsible for your payment.
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation charges would apply per person if booking is cancelled as per schedule below.
Rs.8000/- per person is NON REFUNDABLE
50% of the tour cost if cancelled between 15 to 30 days before departure.
NO REFUND if cancelled within 15 days of departure.
Date Change Penalty Rs.5000/- per person PLUS other charges if any. For changes made between 15 to 30 days before departure or else the above cancellations shall apply.
